Finding out whether a medicine is in stock, in which batch and at what price takes three different screens. Staff who have been there for years know them by heart; new hires need weeks — and meanwhile the queue grows.

Two pharmacies, two systems

What it does

One bar, not three
Type a name, scan a barcode, read a tax code: the same bar finds the product, the prescription or the customer and works out which is which. You never have to pick where to search first.
Expiry dates in the right order
When you dispense, the batch that expires first is the first one on the list. It is not a reminder to read: it is the order the options arrive in, so the right choice is also the fastest.
Reordering proposes itself
Stock below threshold turns into a purchase order that is already filled in. Across locations, those proposals merge into one order per wholesaler instead of three sent separately.
Several pharmacies, one login
Roles and permissions are configured per location. Staff covering two counters sign in once and see what concerns them, where it concerns them — and every write stays tied to the location they are actually working in.
A log that cannot be rewritten
Every movement is recorded and cannot be corrected after the fact. You need it the day someone asks what happened three months ago, and you need the answer not to depend on who gives it.
The price list updates itself
Product data and prices arrive every week from official sources, veterinary medicines included. Nobody has to remember to download a file, and nobody sells at a price that is a month old.
Built to be used without looking at the screen
At the counter your eyes are on the customer and on the box. So everything in Alembo is reachable from the keyboard, where you are is always visible, and the barcode scanner is simply another way of typing.
